Staying safe when you go to inspect
- Tell a friend or family member where you're going and when.
- Go in the daytime if you can, and don't go alone if you feel unsure.
- Check that the house matches the photos and the listing. If it doesn't, say so and report it.
- Only pay the inspection fee on Zappol. Never hand cash to an agent for an inspection.
- Never share your password or any code sent to your phone or email — Zappol will never ask for them.
