Zappol refunds your inspection fee when the agent doesn't show up. You get the full fee you paid.
You choose how to get it:
- A credit (works straight away). Use it on any house whose inspection fee is the same or lower. If the credit is bigger than the fee, the rest stays as credit for you.
- Cash. Ask for it and Zappol sends it to your bank account by hand, 14 days after you ask.
How to get a refund:
- 1Open My account, find the inspection, and tap Report a problem. You can report until 24 hours after your 7-day visit window ends.
- 2Choose The agent didn't show up or stopped answering, and tell us what happened: dates, times, what the agent said.
- 3The Zappol team hears the agent's side and decides within 72 hours.
The inspection fee is not refunded if you change your mind, or if you don't visit within your 7 days. If something else goes wrong — the house isn't as shown, it was already rented, or the agent asks for extra money — report it and the Zappol team will look into it.
