How do I ask for my refund in cash?
- 1Open My account and find the credit under Your credits.
- 2Tap I'd rather have cash and give the bank account details. Use your own account.
- 3Zappol sends the money to that account by hand, 14 days after you ask.
Changed your mind before it's paid? Tap Keep it as a credit instead — a credit works straight away.
