The Zappol agent rules

Every Zappol agent agrees to these rules before listing:

• I will only list houses the landlord has allowed me to rent out.
• Every photo, price and fee I post is real and current. No borrowed or old photos.
• I will never ask a renter to pay an inspection fee outside Zappol.
• I will show renters the exact house I listed — no bait and switch.
• I will mark a house as rented as soon as it is taken.
• I will treat every renter with respect. No threats, no harassment, no extra charges.
• If I break any rule, Zappol suspends my account and removes my listings. Fraud is reported to the police.
