   Full name exactly as on your NIN, phone, WhatsApp, home address and the areas you cover.

   Your ID

   Your NIN, a clear photo of your NIN slip or card, and a selfie of you holding it.

   Accept the rules

   Read and accept the Zappol agent rules below.

   Zappol checks

   A real person checks your ID by hand. We may call you. You'll get an email with the result.

   Start listing

   Once approved, your Agent panel opens and you can list houses.

The Zappol agent rules

• •I will only list houses the landlord has allowed me to rent out.
• •Every photo, price and fee I post is real and current. No borrowed or old photos.
• •I will never ask a renter to pay an inspection fee outside Zappol.
• •I will show renters the exact house I listed — no bait and switch.
• •I will mark a house as rented as soon as it is taken.
• •I will treat every renter with respect. No threats, no harassment, no extra charges.
• •If I break any rule, Zappol suspends my account and removes my listings. Fraud is reported to the police.

Your ID photo and selfie are kept privately. Only Zappol admins can see them, and every view is recorded.
