What is the inspection fee?

The inspection fee is a one-time fee you pay for each house you want to inspect. It unlocks the exact address and the agent's phone number, and it gives you 7 days to visit.

• Every house shows its own fee on its page, before you pay.
• You pay Zappol — never the agent. If an agent asks you to pay an inspection fee outside Zappol, don't pay. Report it.
• It is separate from the rent. The full move-in cost of a house is listed on its page.
