I paid but I can't see my booking

This is rare, and your money is safe. Here is what to do, in order:

1. 1Wait a moment. Stay on the page — it checks by itself and usually finishes in seconds.
2. 2Still “confirming” after a minute? Press Check my payment now. Zappol asks Paystack directly whether you paid.
3. 3Closed the page? Open Help & support. Under Paid but see nothing?, press Check this payment.
4. 4Still nothing? Open a ticket on the same page. Your payment reference is filled in for you, so we can fix it quickly.
