I'm moving out — can I bring my house to Zappol?

If you're moving out and your house could suit the next student, use List your house. Zappol calls you to check it, and if it becomes a listing, you're credited as the person who referred it — under Zappol's referral rules.

This is a referral credit, not the same 60% agent share — it isn't automatic bank payment yet, so Zappol records it and pays it by hand. If you'd rather list the house yourself as a full agent, see How do I become an agent?.
