How long do I have to visit?

You have 7 days from the moment you pay to call the agent and visit the house. After that, your booking closes.

• Call the agent as soon as you pay, so you can agree a time that works for both of you.
• If the agent doesn't pick up, try again at different times and send a WhatsApp message.
• If the agent still doesn't answer or doesn't show up, see The agent didn't show up.
